Any advice for my first heartache?

Just got dumped from my first love. I’m 31. I have no idea how to deal with this pain I’m feeling. Totally blindsided.  Any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated. I’ve started yoga and go about 3 times a week. I’m leaving for a 4 day solo beach vacation tomorrow.

if you have social media then block them trust me it will do you good. and focus on yourself. when i had my first heart break i just focused on myself i started working out. i went out with friends more to distract myself. i cooked and i cleaned the house i did stuff to focus on myself and distract myself from it. if u got anymore questions message me always here xxx

Yoga and a vacation sounds perfect. If it helps my mum told me the first heart break is always the worst. But whatever the reason you split, you have to be there for yourself, you matter, your important and you are gonna be okay
