Irregular periods and ttc

Ok so i am 22 will be 23 and i have had irregular peruods since i was about 17 so i can never tell when i should test or when im ovulating. Anyways my question is how many of you ladies have had irregular periods but had success conceiving usimg this app and how lond did it take? Me and my husband have been together almost 5 years and have been trying for almost 4. Just wondering if this app is worth the time and effort
