Pimple like things

So I’ve always noticed I had these and thought they was pretty normal. So today I popped on because it looked like I could. And it did pop and brown like thing came out messed like puss. Looking closely at it it looks like pimples. I don’t have any stds or anything like that. Do any of you ladies have this ? If you know what it is lmk. They look like pores. Also when I touch and squeeze they feel like little balls
