Sick and tired

I need an opinion because my dr isn't in the office today and the urgent care dr just told me to take my Phenergen. I am 7+2 weeks and have been so sick the last week to the point where I've lost 10 pounds. I can't stand up anymore because I get so dizzy and even just the thought of food, or even water, makes me want to hurl. I have a 3 year old and a 20 month old and I can't even care for them by myself anymore. Should I go to the ER or just wait it out and use the help of my mother in law? My husband works nights so he's asleep during the day, or I would be using him as relief.
