Bleeding/pain during sex

Okay so...

My boyfriend is in the Navy, so we don’t see each other often. When we do see each other, we can’t keep our hands off of each other.

This time was a little different though. After we had sex the first two times in 4 months, i bled both times! Not a ton but there’s spots on the sheets of light blood. During penetration, i felt a slight pain really deep inside so i wasn’t sure if that was the cause? I thought we were just in a bad position which is why i felt the pain but I’m nervous now that i saw blood.

I missed my period this month (I’m not pregnant) so maybe that has something to do with it? I am 5 days late. I had a bunch of medical issues this month so i have taken pregnancy test after pregnancy test. I think i was just stressed and that caused me to miss my period.

Please help me solve this issue if any of you have any input! Is it bad that I’m bleeding? Or is it just because we had sex for the first time in 4 months? My boyfriend is extremely concerned but I figured it was just that we don’t have sex often.
