Weird symptoms help please!

I went to the Dr Friday and they did a blood test and it came out neg. Well I stopped taking progesterone as of Friday so AF would show her ugly face but she hasn't yet and normally on progesterone I'm never late. Well my bbs are killing me and I'm having bad pains on my right side but the RE did find a cyst on this side. I'm just curious if it is possible the blood test was wrong? Any ideas or thoughts would be great. TIA! :)
