What’s an appropriate babysitter price?

Here’s my issue. I need to hire a babysitter 3 days a week, 7 hours a day. I live in Tel-Aviv, Israel and I have to travel to Jerusalem Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for class from 1:00pm-8:00pm.
My precious daughter is almost 3 years old, and I have never hired a babysitter before. The price would of course be in shekels but I can easily convert US dollars to what I would pay the babysitter in shekels. 
I was thinking of one solid price per week rather than by the hour since it is a pretty significant part time job. 
What would you first time mommies suggest that I pay the babysitter? What do you usually pay? What is fair for a weekly rate? Any ideas are welcome and thank you in advance for your time to reply 😊🌸

Does that include travel time? Minimum wage where I live (not suggesting minimum wage, just for comparison) is $7.45/hr. That would be about $160/week. That said, babysitters here get $10/hr or more even when kids are sleeping (nighttime sitters), and that would be closer to $200/week.

Minimum wage where I live in the US is $9.45 per hour. So if you did the math 7 hours a day 3 days a week bring it to $198.45 per week.
