Heavy cramping.

So last night my SO and I had sex, and immediately after I felt terrible cramping in the right side of my abdomen. As the night went on it got so bad I was crying, and couldn't twist my torso at all without getting pain right in the center of my abdomen. This morning it doesn't hurt as bad, and so far no blood. Should I be concerned? Our insurance doesn't kick in until October 1st so I can't just go to the doctor or ER. Has anyone else experienced this?
