Feeling sorry for myself..😔

I have a family history of thrombosis and therefore had to have a big blood test today (6 bottles) blood pressure dropped and almost fainted. Anyway after that, the nurses showed me how to take my blood thinning injections clexane in my belly...that really hurt. Now im lying down but feel really sore in my belly..i wouldnt say its anything severe but feels uncomfortable like muscle pain underneath. Anyone had similar discomfort after a stressful blood test or taking clexane injections? Thanks all 😞x
