Hot showers ok after FET??

Hi ladies

I had my Fresh transfer 2 days ago on 6th April. My clinic told me to continue my regular routine but just not work out.

Now I hear from sources (online/ family and friends) that I’m not supposed to have hot showers! I had no idea and have been having hot showers for the last 3 days. I’m just concerned right now and wondering if it affects anything.. appreciate any inputs...

Also baby dust everyone.. this is my 3rd embryo transfer and I really hope I don’t have to do this again..
