Progesterone Levels and a 30 day period

I’ve been battling endometriosis and have also been TTC over a year. Last month I bled on and off for 30 days, so I didn’t really know when my real period actually started. I’ve got it narrowed down to a window of a couple days. With that being said, I should start anywhere from 2-5 ish days from now. I also had surgery a few weeks ago to remove endometriosis. My doctor cleared my husband and I for sex last week. I had my progesterone levels tested today, and they came back at 6.2. Do you think it’s possible I could be pregnant in that window? My doctor said if I didn’t start in a week to test and check, but I want to do a poll here and see what y’all think. Helps keep my mind busy 😉🥰
