Please help me out.⁉️⁉️⁉️

Was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing a very itchy clitoris. For about four weeks mine has been itching so bad but no where else like when I had yeast or bacteria in the past. My doctor hasn't really taken it very seriously so I figured maybe she sees it all the time and maybe it's just from blood flow. I would really appreciate any opinions. I'm 24 weeks pregnant. And also have really bad varicose veins on my labia
