Businesses “clapping back” on social media professional or unprofessional?
So I have been seeing a lot of companies “clapping back” or responding to social media posts saying or posting gif that they know damn well they would never try in person or say to a customer/clients face.
I’ve seen BET completely disrespect Nikki Minaj , I’ve seen Fenty Beauty completely DRAG customers on their IG, I’ve seen other Businesses both small and “large” alike just be so rude to customers on social
Media over simple questions, or even hate comments . It got me thinking ..
They would never do half the shit they do on social media IN store, so why is it acceptable for people running social networking sites for their businesses to disrespect or be rude back to potential clients? And should that change? Or do you believe the “negativity” or “clap backs” brings more business?
