What do you do when you need a break?

I am 8 weeks pregnant and have a 2 year old son (and I nanny a 9 month old). This is the first time in 2 years that I desperately need a break. I haven't been wanting to get my son out of bed in the morning, and I feel like I'm on the verge of a break down. I don't have a day this week I can get a break, but next week I do. What do you do when you need a break? Babysitter and massage? Overnight stay somewhere?
