Night Wakings - No Crying🤨

Lately my LO (21 weeks) will wake in the night but will just lay there chomping his hands or playing with his lovey without making any noise. I often sleep thru this because he isn’t making any noise that I can hear on his monitor🤷🏻‍♀️It makes me feel like he is getting even less sleep at night than I thought! Since teething and regression he wakes 3-4 times a night for feeds/soothing. Is this normal? Should I intervene or keep waiting to let him learn to self soothe eventually?
