This month I’m trying the CB opk instead of the sticks and just wondering, how often did you BD? And when you got the smiley did you do it after that?

Answer

You start to BD when you get the smiley. If you’re using the advanced kind you’ll start when you get a flashing smiley. You can do every day or every other day up until your peak or solid smiley then do it that day and/or the day after. 😊
