Kind of confused

As many know I had my transfer April 3rd. On 10dpo I took a test and it was positive then yesterday it got darker and this morning just to confirm it was even more darker. I sent a message to the doctors office and all they can say is fingers crossed. Do they not believe me? Like I took the pictures of the tests and shown my mom and she believes it all to well. I'm not going crazy I just dont think they understand that it worked and they can stop saying fingers crossed. Grrr
