Sick, what can I take?

I have had bad body aches and pains and been sweating more than usual the past 24 hours. I know I’m getting sick....can I take Tylenol cold nighttime?

My go-to is Apple Cider Vinegar!! I make mine like a hot tea and it zaps cold symptoms like magic! Boil some water, put two tablespoons of ACV (make sure it is the kind with “the mother” as that is the magic), raw honey to your taste and (if you want) a green tea bag. Taste like a slightly bitter hot apple cider and if is like magic. I did this when I had a cold while pregnant and will do it again if I start to feel sick while I’m breastfeeding.

If you’re breastfeeding avoid anything with Pseudophedrine as this can dry up your supply (Tylenol cold has this). Regular Tylenol is fine, as are most cough syrups, just not ones with decongestants.
