I feel uncomfortable getting vaccinated while I'm pregnant and really don't think I should get this shot. Any other mamas decline the tdap, why or why not?

I meant to say yes, I declined it. At my appointment today actually. I have always had bad reactions to them and my son almost died after his so we no longer vaccinate at all. But they have never been tested for safety during pregnancy, legally they can’t, it’s in the 13.1 black box warning in the inserts. They also haven’t ever been tested for carcinogenic or mutagenic effects and have been unregulated for over 30 years. DHHS actually just lost their case in the Supreme Court and admitted this openly, that they have done no safety studies. 
Plus, my nurse today tried convincing me that if I got the DTAP my 8 year old son would be protected from measles. Completely incorrect and uneducated so no, no vaccines for us.

Where I live in Europe they don’t vaccinate pregnant women at all. If you want a specific vaccine while pregnant I think you have to ask the doctor and they can discuss it with you and order it, but doctors don’t even mention it during pregnancy. I’m not sure if it’s the whole Europe, it might just be how it is where I am.

I’m not getting any vaccines while pregnant. I will eat healthy, sleep, and stay active to keep my immunity up! I don’t want that crap in my system when I don’t need it.

I declined mostly because I can’t have vaccinations due to a anaphylactic reactions as a child, but I probably wouldn’t have chosen to get it while pregnant anyway and if I decided I needed it, I’d get it after birth.
