Nub! The angle looks like a girl... I’m pregnant with a girl and she had a very clear nub like that at 12 weeks as well. Could be either tho I’m no expert. But it’s not a penis

It’s the nub. Every baby has it. It won’t differentiate into a penis or vagina until after 13 weeks.
