Ureaplasma urealyticum

Has anyone on here had ureaplasma ureabefore ? It’s symptoms are similar to bacterial vaginosis/uti and causes infertility etc. I tested positive and took doxycycline but that didn’t work. I’m wondering if it can be cured naturally, or if there is a specific antibiotic that works best. :( I want my sex life back, I want to conceive and I’ve been trying to conceive for 3 years.
