Constipation and laxatives😭

I'm literally in tears my tummy hurts so bad. Ive been constipated off and on for about a month now. Earlier today I took 3 Gentle Predictive Laxatives and STILL no luck. It just made me feel super nauseous honestly and I'm already kinda in panic mode because my stomach hurts so bad and I literally cannot go😭😭 what do I do?? And what will help "regulate" me for future help??
