Has anyone experienced this?

For the last two nights, I’ve woken up at 3am with the weirdest pain. My stomach is hurting, and radiating into my back. Yesterday it was so bad that I could barely move and I almost went to labor and delivery, until I randomly became nauseated with a strange sour stomach taste and threw up. After that, it seemed to resolve itself, and I was able to sleep. I spent the day, off and on, having diarrhea and ended up with hemorrhoids.

Tonight, the pain is less severe, but my stomach is hurting, my back is hurting, and I have the same sour stomach but no desire to vomit nor any sign of active intestinal issues.

My uterus feels tight but I’m not sure if baby is balled up.

I’m at a complete loss.

22 weeks today and planning on calling the doctor in the morning but I have no possible idea what could be wrong with me.
