They accepted the offer on the home!

A few days ago I made a post asking for positive vibes and they accepted our offer!!!

We signed the contract yesterday. And as long as everything goes to plan with inspections and such we settle in May!

I am beyond excited.

I can’t believe we will have our own home and be a family of four at 23 and 25 years old. (We both have birthdays coming before the baby is due)

It’s so terrifying and exciting!

Any great food budget tips would be lovely.
