PCOS & Endometriosis 😕

Hi ladies! I was diagnosed with PCOS about a year and a half ago. I was given fertility drugs to get pregnant with my son. He is now 7.5 months old and hubby and I are planning to start TTC#2 around his first birthday. I went to the Drs last week with lower back pain and cervix discomfort and I was diagnosed with Endometriosis! 😕 Do any of you ladies have both as well? Are there any natural ways to treat the Endometriosis? I want to avoid surgery for as long as possible! Also, I'm assuming the longer I wait, the worse it will get? Is that correct? Thanks so much for your help!!
