Fibroids

I'm 33. Went off my mirena end of March 2015. And still haven't gotten pregnant monitoring ovulation and temp and everything. Recently I had an ultrasound for another health issue and they said I had a uterin fibroid but didn't say anything else about it. Do those keep u from getting pregnant?! Is there a way to treat them? Should I even worry yet that I haven't gotten pregnant since its been less than a year? With my first child I got pregnant the first try using an ovulation kit. I'm just so worried cuz I'm getting older and really want my number 2 :(
