Does this sound like a well balanced meal plan for the week?

Okay guys, I’ve been overweight my entire life. I’m considered morbidly obese now. I’m really trying to make a change in my life so I can be around a long time for my kids. I am going to go buy stuff for meal prepping today. I was wondering if anyone that is good with nutrition could let me know if this sounds good for my first week. Thanks for any input!

128+ oz of water a day

Breakfast:

Overnight oats w/ a cup of low-fat milk and coffee

1st snack:

Smoothie (cup frozen fruit, cup spinach, banana, chia seeds, almond milk)

Lunch:

Salad (tuna or black beans, tomatoes, carrots, shredded cheese, nuts, dressing) w/ boiled egg

2nd snack:

Oikos triple zero yogurt and a cup of fruit or boiled egg

Dinner:

Rainbow chicken & veggies

Chicken burrito bowls

I’ll meal prep those for 3-4 nights each
