In need of some advice!!

Hello mothers, and mothers to be!! I am 37 weeks having a baby boy. Me and my boyfriend are so excited to meet our little baby boy soon! But we've had to have overcome some pbstacles lately leaving us struggling and behind on things we need for our baby boy. I had a baby shower thrown for me by my sisters which I'm greatful for but received only clothes. Me and my boyfriend are still struggling with getting the essentials such as a car seat and bassinet/crib. Does anyone know of such programs that might be able to help us purchase one?
