Depends. If I can still afford my lifestyle (bills,food..ect) I’d take the low paying (happy) job. But, if I’m constantly stressing about paying a bill...that’s not really happiness🤷🏾‍♀️

It depends on the impact the job has on you. I think if you hate it that bad that it's having a negative affect on your mental/emotional health that maybe looking for a new job is the answer.

If you arent happy somewhere that you spend 40+ hours a week, it takes HUGE toll on your happiness at home. Id rather be happy and excited to go to work every day.

I was in this situation. I was a supervisor and it just kept getting worse worse. I won’t go into details but after 5 years I was so stressed it wasn’t worth it. I’m in my last semester at school to be a teacher. The pay will be less, but so worth it!!

I love my job but the pay is not great. Some days I job search when I am tired of making so little for such a stressful and demanding job. But my job also provides the insurance.
