Advice for nightmares/night terrors?ðŸ˜
I’ve never suffered with nightmares as such before, I’ve had the odd bad dream here and there. But the past 4/5 days I’ve been having severe nightmares, to the point I’m waking up screaming and crying & it takes my boyfriend a good 20 mins to calm me down again.
I do suffer with anxiety & depression, and I am on medication for both. But does anyone have any advice before I can get an appointment with my doctor to ask him what’s going on.
I’m literally terrified to go to sleepðŸ˜
