Labor??? Please help!

Question

I'm kinda freaking out... I've been have contractions lasting about a minute, minute & a half coming about 5-7 minutes apart. My belly gets hard, my lower back hurts & it feels like my period is coming on... Am I in labor? Should I go in to L&D?
My doctors office doesn't have an after hours line...

I'm on the way to L&D now. Hopefully I'll be coming home with baby! Fingers crossed!!

Well ladies, unfortunately they sent me home.. I'm contracting every 2-4 minutes but not strong enough to open my cervix any. I wasn't dilated... Disappointed is an understatement. Gonna try to get some sleep & hope that tomorrow is the day. Thank yall for the good wishes & support! 💗

I honestly would go to the hospital and get checked out. If you're not in labor what is the worse they can do, send you home? Good luck :)

I would call L&D- they can advise you. Drink water to make sure you're not dehydrated.

I went through the exact same thing at 36 weeks with my second. Contractions every 2 minutes! They were registering when I went in and the first time I dilated from a 1-3 and then stopped. My water broke at 37+5 during the night. I went in at 11 am the next day cause I saint think it was actually my water! I wasn't contracting so they started me on pitocin and baby boy was born at 9:06 pm.
