question abt calories
hey! i'm 17, 5'2, and 128 pounds. i'm not very happy with my current weight, and i'd like to get back down to 115 which i was pre-depression. after researching, 115 is a perfectly normal and healthy body weight for somebody of my age and size so please refrain from comments about being too skinny or underweight. my question is -- i've been eating about 1400 calories per day in order to lose about one pound per week. is this healthy? i feel fine and not starved, i just wanted a second opinion.
***i do NOT believe i have an eating disorder and my doctors don't either. please refrain from diagnosis.
