Too much stress to loose it :(
Hey y’all. I’m getting married in just under 6 months and I am having such a hard time loosing weight. The stress and family drama is making me stress eat. I think about my dress (mermaid style and I’m curvy. I feel so pretty in it but so scared now that I’m going to look bad and my family will make fun of me) and I get so overwhelmed with emotions I end up binging. Any tips or ideas on how to get my head on right? I need to snap out of it but can’t. I would like to loose another 30 lbs. lost 20 but gained back about 7!
