I have a cold sore in my nose!

I’m so sad. I never knew you could get a pop up cold sore in your nose. It literally hurt so badly! Now it’s crusting up... tmi. I literally just want to kiss my boyfriend and it’s been a week! I want it to die. I literally hate that I get cold sores. It makes me so depressed. ALSO I found out a symptom of cold sores is muscles aching ! And I was like wowowowow Because my legs and arms hurt so badly and I had no idea why. But now I do.

Any tips for people that have cold sores?
