One weekend stand?

I recently had a one weekend stand. I'm feeling a bit emotional about the whole situation. I really like the guy. He is perfect. But I'm feeling really vulnerable. Did I make a horrible mistake? What would you guys do???

One night stands happen, but if you're not the type to do that then I can understand why it would make you emotional. Maybe talk to the guy for some closure or see if he would be interested in a relationship with you if that's what you want?

The only way to get any closer is to talk to him MATURELY. Tell him how you really enjoyed being with him and you'd like to keep seeing him. If he isn't interested move on and don't make it a big deal. Whether he is interested or not, you have to talk to him

Look. I think every woman should allow herself sexual freedom and experimentation. Unless you're 30 and about due for settling down, I'd say take every man that comes with a grain of salt and if you really do want something serious with one of these men, don't give them the cookie right away. Sometimes it doesn't matter if you hold out but with the majority of men, they need to see you as a person and not an object before they tie sex with emotional feelings.

Expect little from this "weekend stand". Move on but don't beat yourself up over what you can't change. If you had fun, no regrets.
