Started getting sick at 11 weeks..normal?

Hi, I'm a ftm and I've felt nauseous everyone morning since 4 weeks, but felt better after eating. Now as soon as I turn 11 weeks I start getting very sick! I can't keep a meal down. Is this normal? Sorry if that's a stupid question lol. Btw is there anything that will help this?

Same thing happened to me. I was fine until 11weeks. 😓😒

Very normal I've felt this way since a few weeks ago. But could keep food down. If it gets worse talk to your doctor. They're is a condition when your so sick you can't keep food down. But it's still very normal and can be treated very easily

It's normal! With some people morning sickness come and go. Try ginger, eating more frequently. I had serve morning sickness throughout my whole pregnancy but nothing help me.

I was fine until 11 weeks. What helped me was coming to terms with the fact that I was going to throw up and to just do it or I won't feel better. And then after I threw up I ate almost instantly. Mostly fruit helped me. I lied strawberries and grapes because they helped my throat feel better
