Physical exam after rape

I was raped by my uncle when I was 12 (7 years ago). I went to a new doctor yesterday, she went through all my medical history. And ultimately we decided that I need to go back on my meds that I stopped for pregnancy. She then brought up that I never had a physical exam and that I should get one. Am I the only one uncomfortable for a physical (female portion of it), but yet i went through child birth???
