So me and my wife have been planning on having a baby we had an agreement with another gay friend who is also married to use his sperm and the agreement before we started was for him to sign over his parental rights so I could adopt and now that we’ve found out the home insemination has worked he’s now catching all types of feelings and we’re afraid that he’s no longer willing to sign over rights 😪😪 now from the beginning we told him he could be apart of the babies life but signing over rights was a must what do u guys think or any ideas of working this out PLEASE ANY ADVICE IS WELCOME 🙏🏾
