How do I politely deny baby’s toys

Don’t get me wrong i do appreciate people helping me. But here’s the thing, any time some one I know says they have baby stuff for me is like stuff I don’t really need like a lot of toys. I now have 2 walkers because idk how to tell them no. I don’t want to rub any one the wrong way I don’t need toys for my new born. He will be here next month and I have a room full of pre loved baby toys that’s 😩.
