TMI WARNING. Nothing to gross.

So recently I’ve been having some itching and burning. I DO NOT have a UTI or any infection. I was just checked 2 days ago and this has been going on for a couple weeks. I clean myself good so I’m not sure what’s going on. I am attaching a photo there will be 2 black circles of where it itches. I’ve been putting cream on it but sometimes it just doesn’t seem to work. Any one know what it could be? I am 38+2 days pregnant so I’m not sure if that matters.
