I would know if I had a clogged duct, right?

I exclusively pump and my right side output has ALWAYS been higher, usually an ounce or more than the left. Today, they're equal! Last time this happened, I had a clogged duct on the right side but I could feel the hardness in my breast so I knew it. I can't feel any hardness or lumps. Is it possible to have a clogged duct and not know it? Or did my left side finally catch up to the right (does that even happen?)
