Hcg level for embryo and heartbeat

At what level should the embryo and heartbeat be seen? I’m having a hard time since my doc only saw an empty sac when I thought I was 6 weeks 3 days. My beta results that day were 11837mlu/mL. Any information/guidance is greatly appreciated 🙂
