Is it okay to initiate a conversation with the opposite sex even if it's just that? A conversation about simple things? Like how you're doing and what not and how the weather is. I feel guilty because I'm in a relationship when I just talk to someone of the opposite sex.

Are you naked when you are having these conversations? Because if you are then it's not OK. But if you aren't naked then, yeah, it's OK. Lol

Yes absolutely!
Some of my friends have talked about feeling guilty about this but I can't imagine that at all, I don't know how I would cope :x

I'm bisexual, very platonically affectionate with people im close to, and constantly chatting with any friend who's up to talk, I'd have no friends if my boyfriend got jealous!

He needs to learn to trust you more! If your best friend made you feel guilty for talking to other people the same sex as them that would be weird right? Why does your boyfriend get to make you feel guilty for that?

Can't boys and girls just be friends?? I talk to my guys and my SO knows they're just friends. He doesn't have a problem and I don't care if he did. 
Its all about how you approach and carry yourself in the conversion. Its OK for girls to have guy friends.

I think this depends on what the topic of conversation is. As long as it is as innocent as you say, that's fine. Your boyfriend may be worried that one of your friendships may turn into deeper feelings. Trust is key in any relationship though.
