It’s just a lube that won’t kill sperm. If you have issues with hostile crevice mucus it can balance that out, otherwise it doesn’t do anything special.

I personally didnt have the "perfect" cervical mucus that is supposed to be clear and sticky so it wasnt helping the sperm at all. I used preseed the entire fertility window and fell pregnant. I am now 20 weeks with a little girl. 💗
