Mama's threatening to kick me out because I don't clean the way she likes...?

last night I had went to sleep in the living room and I forgot to turn on my fan and when I don't turn on my fan I start to sweat.

Now i was sleeping in the living room last night because I was planning on getting rid of my bed because it's about time and it's starting to sink in the middle

but she didn't like the way I stinked from sweat and from having my period and when I have my period, sometimes I get cramps so bad I can't get up out of bed. That means for a day or two I don't shower cuz I physically cannot get up.

So she told me to get the fuck out of her living room and now today she's on a cleaning storm even though the house is clean.

she says she's going to come to my room and throw away everything she sees that isn't in her standards of what a person needs.

And to be honest my room is a little messy but it's clean everything is where it supposed to be. there's just a lot of books everywhere but to her what a person doesn't need is a sewing machine a bunch of books stuff animals my anime and manga and comic book stuff.

And honestly the reason why I don't leave my room often or if at all for days is because I don't want to walk out my room and talk to her cuz she makes me anxious. literally being in the same area as my mom makes me anxious and that worries me.

What should I do in this situation because I'm literally out of ideas
