Ovulation help!

I am trying to determine when to start applying progesterone cream. I have asked my dr’s office and not heard back yet.

I just wanted to make sure I started it at the appropriate time, but I’m unsure if I’m completely done ovulating or not, even as of now.

The start of my first high basal temperature was four days ago- 98.60 that morning. Prior to that it was 97.60. So based off of that, I would think I would have ovulated already by the day I got the high temp. My basal temp is currently still 98.60

However, my ovulation predictor test showed my LH was not positive until two days ago -based off of that alone, it would mean my ovulation was happening soon. I know starting progesterone cream early can prevent ovulation but I’m at a loss because both forms of testing are giving different answers. I thought I had egg white discharge a few days ago, but I’m seeing the same discharge today. Any advice based on this, as to when I should start the progesterone cream?
