Endometrial lining

Hey all!

For those of you that had your transfers this month or any month in the past, where what was your endometrial lining thickness a week before transfer? And did you get a BFP or BFN?

My lining today was 7.4mm which is under where they like it to be (at least 8mm) but decided not to cancel my FET (scheduled for 4/18) because my endometrial “layers” look good and so do my labs. Is there anything I can do this close to transfer to improve my chances?? I would think if they didn’t cancel the cycle or change my protocol then they aren’t worried. But I want to be as proactive as I can to give my embaby the best chance!
