5 days with baby girl

Can’t believe we had her 5 day check up today! How was she born 5 days ago? 😭

Does anyone else sit and think about how insane it is that we carry these little nugs for 9 months? All of the pain and misery of pregnancy, labor, and delivery is so dull in my memory already just 5 days later, because she’s so worth it. Mom hormones are insane, man. (Anyone else know what I’m talking about?!)

Clearly I’m on cloud 9 having her here.. I’ve just never experienced such an all consuming, intoxicating kind of love. 💗
