Purple spot on lip

Hi guys

I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and for 6 weeks (I think) I’ve had this purple spot on my lip. I think I bit my lip really hard. It now looks like a burst blood vessel. It doesn’t seem to be getting any better. It’s making me self conscious and I worry everyone thinks it’s oral herpes as I’m about to have a baby :(

Has anybody seen anything like this before ?
