Is it normal at 17, for periods to be pretty irregular? Like they always seem to be at least 5-10 days late sometimes more.

If you’re period is always 5-10 days late, are you going by a 28 day cycle? Like maybe your cycle is more like 35 days. I’m 21 & my periods have always been irregular but my “normal” is 34 day cycle. & it’s still sometimes a few days late & sometimes I skip months 🤦🏼‍♀️ always been like that unless I was on birth control
